The Role:
At present, Silcom Recruitment are committed to finding adaptive Service Advisors to work for our esteemed client at their core main-dealership setup based in Poole. Our client is in need of someone with great passion and excellent standards of customer service to fulfil the company needs and help escalate their business even further.
The ideal Service Advisor will have great tenacity and be very well-spoken, full of confidence to succeed in a competitive environment.
Experienced Service Advisors are welcomed and desired for their expertise, but our client is very open to considering eager individuals, strongly driven to take their first step into the motor-trade!
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Current or recent motor trade Customer Service or Aftersales Advisor experience or alike is key
Face-to-face & telephone Customer Service Advisor experience essential
To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Package:
Basic Salary -> £24,750 (Experience Dependent) + Excellent Bonus
OTE -> £32,000 - £35,000 & Incredible Benefits
Monday to Friday -> 8:00am – 6:00pm | Saturdays (1-in-4) 8:00am – 12:00pm
