The Role:
Are you a customer-focused professional with a knack for handling inquiries, invoicing, and providing exceptional service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join a valued client of ours based in Petersfield!
As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of their front desk, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. Previous experience in a service advisor role within the motor trade is highly desirable. However, our client is open to candidates with relevant customer service experience from other industries.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Greeting and assisting customers with their service inquiries.
Managing the service desk, handling all customer interactions professionally.
Coordinating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Preparing and managing invoices accurately.
Addressing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £28,000, increasing to £30,000 with the inclusion of Saturday shifts.
Monday to Friday hours [8:00am – 5:30pm] + (1-in-2) Saturday mornings paid as overtime!!
