Service Advisor - Oxford

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of an exciting business based in Oxford, seeking to add a number of experienced Service Advisors to their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Maximize service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques.

Maximize customer awareness of all available business services.

Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration.

Help the business to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency.

Provide an easy and enjoyable customer experience.

**Our client is looking for experienced motor trade individuals, to join an exciting premium main dealer, the ideal individual would have kerridge and current/ recent motor trade experience**  

The Package:

£26,000 basic plus overtime & bonus depending on experience. Monday to Friday 08:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday (1 in 2) 08:30 - 1:00pm.
