The Role:

We're thrilled to announce a new opening for an experienced Service Advisor just outside Waterlooville. Are you a bubbly professional with a zest for delivering outstanding customer service? Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Greeting and assisting customers during vehicle check-ins, whether in person, via phone, or email.

Managing appointments and facilitating sales-related interactions.

Procuring essential parts and providing customers with accurate cost estimates.

Monitoring the progress of ongoing work and tracking parts procurement.

Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.

Liaising with the workshop on the progress of each customers vehicle.

Generating invoices and handling payment processing.

Supervising service and MOT reminder notifications.

Maintaining the GDS system up to date.

Handling the return of parts and managing credit transactions.

Previous experience in the motor industry as a Service Advisor advantageous but not essential.

Valid driving license.

Package:

Basic Salary of up to £34,000 (depending on experience)!!

Team based bonus scheme of up to £1600 per year!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am – 5:30pm].

Saturdays hours [8:30am – 1:00pm]
