The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is currently on the lookout for a Service Advisor to join a prominent motor trade dealership group situated on the outskirts of Southampton. Our client is keen to welcome a Service Advisor who will play a vital role in their long-standing team working Monday to Friday hours only!
In the position of Service Advisor, you assume a pivotal role within our service team, responsible for ensuring a smooth and customer-focused service experience.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Serve as a skilled intermediary between our valued customers and the workshop, conducting a comprehensive vehicle check-in process that includes a review of customer and vehicle information.
Direct interaction with customers provides you with the opportunity to exert a substantial impact on their satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the success of our aftersales operations.
Supervise the repair process flow and manage the coordination of any supplementary repair services required.
Assume accountability for job packets and associated documentation.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry is essential!
Package:
Salary: £25,000 + Bonus [Circa £29,000 Package!]
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm]
**No Weekends!!!**
