Service Advisor - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established prestige automotive retailer in the Outskirts of Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional, customer-focused dealership representing a wide range of premium and luxury vehicles, with a reputation built on quality, expertise and exceptional customer service. The business offers prestige vehicles from a variety of leading manufacturers, comprehensive aftersales support, warranty options, finance solutions and vehicle sourcing services.

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Welcome customers and act as their main point of contact throughout the service and repair journey.

Book vehicles into the workshop and coordinate closely with technicians to maximise efficiency.

Prepare accurate estimates, obtain customer authorisation and keep customers informed throughout the day.

Identify opportunities to recommend additional repairs, service plans and value-added aftersales products.

Complete job cards, invoices and all associated documentation accurately in line with manufacturer and company standards.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building long-term relationships and encouraging repeat business.

The Package:

Salary: £27,000 Basic + Bonus £32,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm – No Weekends!!
