Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Service Advisor for an established, car dealership group, based on the outskirts of Southampton.
As a Service Advisor, the role will work as part of a team and report to the Aftersales Manager.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Strong customer service experience. Face-to-face & telephone
To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Motor trade experience required!
Basic Salary up to £32,000 + Bonus, Company pension & other great benefits!
Monday to Friday – [8:00am - 6:00pm]
Every other Saturday rota – [8:00am - 12:00pm]
20 days holiday + bank holidays
