Our client is a renowned premium dealership based on the outskirts of Southampton, Hampshire. Who are immediately open to considering experienced Service Advisors and motor trade professionals and even those from different high-standard customer service backgrounds.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Face-to-face & telephone customer service experience essential
To deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and accurate manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 (experience dependent) | OTE: £38,000+ per annum
Extensive company benefits + CBS (Car Benefits Scheme) after probation
Contract - [Full-Time], Hours (subject to change):
Approx. Monday – Friday: (8:00am – 6:00pm) | (1-in-3) Saturdays: (8:00am – 12:00pm)
