





The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a dedicated and long-standing team at our clients well-established motor trade dealership located in the outskirts of Chichester. Our clients business is known for its accessibility and strong commitment to both staff and customer retention and their reliable brand.
As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and assistance with their vehicle needs. You will be working closely with the rest of the experienced team who share a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and customer-centric attitude.
Act as a liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring effective communication.
Schedule service appointments and provide accurate service estimates.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles during service.
Promote additional services and products when appropriate.
Utilise the Kerridge system for service bookings and record keeping (experience preferred but not essential).
Current motor trade Service Advisor experience or equivalent.
A customer-centric attitude with excellent communication skills.
Team player with a collaborative approach.
Kerridge system experience (preferred but not essential).
The Package:
Up to £25,000 Basic Salary + £33,000 Bonus (Profit Share)
Monday to Friday [8:30 – 17:30] + 1 Hour Lunch + 1 in 2 Saturdays [8:30 – 12:30]
