Service Advisor - Nuneaton

The Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established motor trade business based in Nuneaton. Looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their Service department, you will be responsible for the following:

As a part of this busy Service Team, you will work towards ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.

This will include welcoming them into the Dealership, booking their vehicle in for service, up-selling where possible, progress updates on their vehicle, as well as some Service Admin related work (Warranty). 

This position is predominantly customer focused and the successful candidate must have excellent customer service.

Ideally 1 + year motor trade experience working in a Service Advisor role or similar. Kerridge experience would an beneficial.  

The Package:

Salary £20,000 with an + OTE between £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, plus other fantastic company benefits.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00- 18:00 Saturday AM (1 in 2) 08:00 - 12:00.
