Responsibilities & Requirements:
Motor trade Service Advisor experience needed.
You will be the forefront of the aftersales department, meeting & greeting all customers with a positive attitude, ensuring you are clarifying all of their service, MOT and repair needs.
Manage your own customer database, ensuring constant communication and a personally tailored professional service to all.
There will be a requirement for upsell of products and services to benefit from the rewarding bonus structure.
Invoicing work done during the day and raising job cards for the workshop in a timely fashion to ensure you are meeting the customer’s timeline expectations.
The Package:
£30,000 Basic Salary + OTE.
Monday – Friday 8:00 – 18:00 + Rota’d Saturday (8:00 – 13:00).
25 Days paid holiday with bank holidays.
