Silcom Recruitment are currently working with a well-established main-dealership based in Maidenhead in searching for a vigorous and motivated Service Advisor to join their core site.
The ideal Service Advisor will be a progressive and confident individual. A Service Advisor ready and adaptive to join a department of experienced Service Advisor professionals and work compatibly as a team.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Current or recent motor trade Customer Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor experience or alike is key
Face-to-face & telephone Customer Service Advisor experience essential
To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Kerridge (automotive system) experience highly desired, but not necessary!
Basic Salary £25,000 - £28,000 (experience dependent)
+ Bonus (Around £3,000-£4,000 paid quarterly) & superb benefits!
Monday to Friday (7.00am - 5.00pm or 8.00am to 6.00pm) with a 1-hour break
Also (1in3) Saturday Mornings (8:00am – 12:00pm)
