The suitable Service Advisor will be aptly prepared to work in a premium car dealership, working alongside other professional Service Advisors, Senior Executives and working face-to-face with clients on a regular basis.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Current or recent motor trade customer service experience or alike is key
Face-to-face & telephone customer service experience essential
To deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and accurate manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Basic Salary - £30,000 per annum [dependant on experience]
+ Immense bonus opportunities | OTE £36,000+
Monday to Friday - 8:00am – 6:00pm | Saturdays (1-in-4) 8:30am – 12:30pm
