Service Advisor - Hounslow

The Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a motor trade client of ours based in Hounslow, seeking to add a Service Advisor to their growing team. Supporting the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

As a part of this Service Team, you will work towards ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.

This will include welcoming them into the Dealership, booking their vehicle in for service, up-selling where possible, progress updates on their vehicle. You will also be responsible for allocating job cards, and ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Our client is looking for someone with excellent personality traits, motivated to succeed and holds strong organisational skills.

The successful candidate, ideally must have previous motor trade experience or very strong transferable customer service based experience.

The Package:

£24,000 - £26,000 basic with an OTE of £32,000 experience dependant, plus fantastic company benefits. Monday to Friday 8:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 08:00 - 13:00 (1 in 2).
