Service Advisor - High Wycombe

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Service Advisor to join one of the UK’s leading car dealerships based in High Wycombe. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead from the front and help maintain the high levels of customer service that our client prides themselves on delivering. It will also be a chance to take on senior responsibilities and to support the Aftersales Manager with training other members of the team.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing their requirements.

Facilitate service appointments, bookings, and maintain systematic workflow.

Collaborate with the service team to optimise efficiency.

Preserve the client's exceptional customer service reputation.

Must possess at least 3 years of Service Advisor experience.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Demonstrated strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.

Adapt at thriving in a dynamic, customer-centric setting.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £28,000 with up to **£20,000 bonus**!!!!

Hours: Monday-Friday [7:30am - 5:30pm] with 1 hour lunch!!

Every other Saturday [8:30am - 12:30pm].
