Silcom Recruitment currently have a great opportunity available for a motor trade experienced Service Advisor, working for an established client of ours based around the outskirts of Southampton.
As a Service Advisor, you will be working with and supported by an established and stable aftersales management team, responsible for overseeing all elements of the customer’s service and repair journey.
This role provides plenty of variety, is challenging and rewarding, along with the opportunity to work with some of the best vehicles in the world.

Responsibilities & Requirements in brief -
Face-to-face & telephone customer service experience essential
To deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and accurate manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
£26,000 - £28,000 Basic Starting Salary (Experience Dependent) + Bonus - Circa £30,000 Package
