Service Advisor - Hamble

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a local, established dealer group who currently seek an experienced motor trade Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Are you an experienced motor trade service advisor who might wish to cut down on your Saturday work - This is a rare opportunity to work Monday to Friday. 

Current motor trade experience preferred. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service

To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity

To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles

Order the relevant parts for the workshop and allocate accordingly

Package:

£24,500 Basic Salary + Bonus (OTE Circa £27,000+) 

Monday to Friday - 7:00am - 4:00pm.
