Service Advisor - Guildford

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced motor trade Service Advisor to join a leading dealer group based in Guildford, renowned for their commitment to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicles.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Provide outstanding service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring optimal workshop efficiency.

Liaise between customers and the service department, providing regular updates on vehicle status and service progress.

Maintain accurate records of service requests, job cards, and invoices.

Identify and recommend additional services and products to customers based on their vehicle needs.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 + £500 Monthly Bonus!!!

Monday to Friday hours [8:00am – 6:00pm] + (1-in-3) Saturday [8:00am – 12:00pm]!!
