





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are working with one of our exceptional clients local to Guildford who are currently on the search for an experienced Service Advisor.
This opportunity is great for an ambitious individual who is keen to develop their career with an established motor trade business and join a team of passionate and professional Service Advisors.
Our ideal Service Advisor will need to have obtained at least 1 years’ experience in a similar customer service role [Desired] and have a positive customer centric attitude!
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Greeting customers in a positive manner when they enter the department, obtain clarification on their service, MOT & Repair needs.
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
As a Service Advisor there would also be a need to up-sell of products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity to gain additional bonuses.
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Order the relevant parts for the workshop and allocate accordingly
The Package:
Up to £27,000 Basic Salary (experience dependent) + Circa £31,000 Bonus. This is uncapped!
Monday to Friday (Shifts) either [7:30 – 17:30] or [8:30 – 18:30] + 1 Saturday in 4 (half day).
