The Role:
We are recruiting on the behalf of a prestigious motor trade client of ours based in Greater Manchester, seeking to add a Service Advisor to their growing team. Supporting the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Duties will include:
As a part of this busy Service Team, you will work towards ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.
This will include welcoming them into the Dealership, booking their vehicle in for service, up-selling where possible, progress updates on their vehicle. You will also be responsible for allocating job cards, and ensuring the smooth running of the department.
Our client is looking for two years minimum motor trade experience as a Service Advisor which is crucial.
The successful candidate must have used Kerridge or a similar system.
The Package:
£24,500 + £5,500 bonus; OTE of £30,000 plus – Depending on experience + Fantastic company benefits. Monday to Friday 8:30- 6:00 Saturday 8:00-1:00 on a rota of 1/3 weekends.
