Silcom Recruitment is delighted to present an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a multi-award-winning motor trade business representing a prestigious premium brand at their established dealership in Gloucester.

Our client is renowned for its exceptional customer service standards, industry-leading innovation, and commitment to excellence. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Service Advisor to support their After Sales team and enhance their already stellar reputation.

The Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop team, ensuring an exceptional experience from the moment of booking to vehicle handover. This position is perfect for a dedicated individual who values collaboration and thrives in a high-performing, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Deliver outstanding customer service, building lasting relationships.

Coordinate service appointments, updating customers on vehicle progress.

Provide direct support to the After Sales Manager to streamline daily operations.

Offer advice on additional work and upsell services to meet customer needs.

Maintain detailed and accurate service records.

Collaborate closely with service and parts teams to maximise efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or motor trade environment.

Strong communication, customer service, and organisational abilities.

Confident in handling aftersales operations and upselling products or services.

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.

Familiarity with premium brands or luxury vehicles is advantageous.

A valid UK driving license.

The Package:

Salary: Up to £30,000 Basic (experience-dependent) + competitive bonus.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am – 6:00pm), Saturday Rota (half day)
