The Role:
Here at Silcom Recruitment we have the pleasure of supporting another great client of ours, with the hire of an experienced Service Advisor, tasked with working in a very busy preparation centre, based in and around the Fareham area. This is a superb opportunity for an accomplished Service Advisor seeking to take on more responsibility in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service.
Discuss warranty issues with customer who have purchased vehicles through this business.
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for completion of their vehicles.
Promote and maintain positive people relations across the business.
Working closely with the Site Manager and Workshop Manager.
Supporting the other Service Advisors with day to day tasks.
The Package:
Basic salary up to £32,000 (experience dependent).
Bonus provided.
Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00.
No weekends.
