The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of a well-established motor trade client of ours based in Exeter, seeking to add a Service Advisor to their growing team. Supporting the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties will include:

Booking in vehicles for service

Checking in vehicles

Track vehicle through the workshop

Handover the vehicle

Maximize service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques

Maximize customer awareness of all available centre services

Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times

Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration 

The Package:

£19,500 basic salary - £24,100 OTE

Working hours on a spilt shift pattern - Mon, Wed & Thursday - 11:00-4:00 - Tues, Fri - 9:00-5:00 *** Mon, Wed 07:00-4:00 - Tues, Thurs, Friday - 9:00-5:00
