The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of an exciting business based in Derby, seeking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

 

Responsibilities:

Serving dealership customers on a service desk

Managing appointments and following up on MOTs, health checks, and services

Up-sell other services such as valets, service plans and other products

You will need to possess confidence and charisma

 

**The successful candidate, must have previous motor trade experience.**

 

The Package:

Basic Salary between £16,000 - £18,000 (depending on experience) plus OTE of £19,000 - £21,000 per annum and other company benefits.

Contracted working hours Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 & Saturday one in two 08:00 - 12:00.
