Service Advisor - Colindale

The Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established motor trade business based in Colindale. Looking to add a Service Advisor to their Aftersales department, you will be responsible for the following:

As a part of this busy Service Team, you will work towards ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.

This will include welcoming them into the Dealership , booking their vehicle in for service or repair, up-selling where possible, progress updates on their vehicle etc. 

This position is predominantly customer focused and the successful candidate must have excellent customer service.

Ideally 6-12 months minimum motor trade experience working in a Service Advisor role or similar. 

You MUST have experience of using Kerridge. This is essential.

The Package:

Salary £20,000 - £23,500 + OTE £30,000 + per annum, plus other fantastic company benefits.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00- 18:00 Saturday (1 in 2) 08:30 - 12:30 paid as overtime.
