





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently on the hunt for an experienced Service Advisor to join a family owned and run, independent garage based in Christchurch.
The ideal candidate will hold motor trade experience; however our client is willing to consider candidates with a stable and strong background in customer service.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Welcome customers warmly and professionally upon arrival, attentively addressing their vehicle service needs.
Efficiently schedule service appointments, balancing customer availability with workshop capacity.
Communicate service options, maintenance procedures, and repair estimates effectively, coordinating with technicians for timely completion.
Provide updates on vehicle service progress, including any unforeseen delays or additional repairs.
Maintain detailed records of service transactions, including histories, repair orders, and customer communications.
Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products.
Package:
Basic Starting Salary of up to £28,000 [Depending on experience]!!!
Bonus scheme of up to £5000 per annum + Your birthday off!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm] + half an hour lunch.
(1-in-4) Saturdays [8:00am - 13:00pm]!
