Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Meet & greet customers in a positive manner after they drop off & collect their vehicle.
Handle customer enquiries and requirements for service & repair efficiently, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Regular contact and management of a customer database throughout the day in an efficient manner, ensuring a personally tailored service and adhering to customer time deadlines.
Upsell of parts and services required to benefit from the rewarding bonus structure.
Full UK Driver’s License (Clean).
Motor trade aftersales advisor experience needed.
The Package:
£26,000 Basic Salary + £33,000 Uncapped OTE.
Monday to Friday 7:30 – 18:00 + Saturday Morning (1 in 3).
25 days paid holiday.
In house training and progression opportunities.
