The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently searching for a Service Advisor to join a family owned car dealer based in and around the Bursledon area. They are looking for an additional member of staff to support their current Service Advisor.
Our client offers a unique Monday to Friday working week and would ideally like a Service Advisor with motor trade experience to join their team.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Generate and process invoices for work completed.
Answer incoming phone calls from customers and provide assistance or direct calls appropriately.
Interact with customers face-to-face, welcoming them and addressing their needs upon arrival.
Work at the front desk, managing customer inquiries and requests.
Schedule and book customers for service appointments.
Liaise with the workshop to monitor and communicate the progress of work on customers' vehicles.
Receive and process vehicle deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Package:
Basic Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 [depending on experience]!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 5:00pm]! NO WEEKENDS!
