The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is actively seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of a motor trade dealership group located in Bursledon. Our client is in search of a Service Advisor to become an integral part of their well-established team.
As a Service Advisor, you play a crucial role within our service team, overseeing the seamless and customer-oriented service process.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Act as the adept liaison between our valued customers and the workshop and perform a thorough check-in of the vehicle, reviewing customer and vehicle data.
Engaging directly with customers empowers you to significantly influence their satisfaction, culminating in the triumph of our aftersales operation.
Oversee the repair workflow and coordinate additional repair services as needed.
Maintain responsibility for job packets and related documentation.
Prior experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry is essential.
Package:
Salary: £27,000 + Bonus (Circa £35,000 package)
Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm]
**Only six Saturdays a year [8:30am – 1:00pm]**
