Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced customer service advisor for an established, prestige franchise car dealership, based around the outskirts of Southampton, the role will work as part of a team and report into the Service Manager.

Current motor trade customer facing experience preferred, not essential.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Strong customer service experience. Face-to-face & telephone
To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Basic Salary £23,000 - £26,000 (experience dependent) + Bonus (OTE Circa £28,000)
Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday rota - one in three - 9:00am - 1:00pm
