The Role:

Are you a seasoned automotive Service Advisor seeking a new career opportunity?

Our client, a family-run main dealership are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team based in Bognor Regis.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing post-purchase inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Deliver accurate cost estimates for recommended services and repairs, detailing labour, parts, and any additional charges.

Optimise the scheduling of vehicle service appointments to maximize efficiency and minimize turnaround times.

Identify and recommend opportunities for additional services or accessories to enhance customer experience and boost dealership revenue.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 +Bonus!!!

Monday to Friday hours + [1-n-2] Saturdays!!
