Service Advisor - Birmingham

The Role:

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a change?

Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Service Advisor to join a modern dealership based in Birmingham. Our client seeks a candidate with Kerridge system knowledge and proven experience within the motor trade.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Serve as the main point of contact for dealership visitors.

Listen attentively to customer inquiries and assess vehicle service requirements accurately.

Provide service recommendations based on customer input and vehicle history.

Arrange appointments for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.

Supervise vehicle intake process, noting condition, mileage, and customer concerns.

Suggest additional services or products as per vehicle requirements or manufacturer guidelines.

Keep customers updated on their vehicle's service progress.

Manage warranty claims and relevant paperwork for eligible repairs.

The Package:

Basic Salary of £26,000 + OTE of up to £34,000!!

Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] + (1-in-2) Saturdays [8:30am – 12:30pm]!
