The Role:
We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of an established motor trade group dealership, with a new and used site based around the outskirts of Bath. Our client is keen to add an experienced motor trade Customer Service Advisor to their team on a full time basis, my client is also able to consider applicants who have very strong customer service experience from other industries.
Experience Required:
You will currently be working in a similar position in Customer Service.
Prior experience in a customer service position within the motor trade is desirable.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player with a flexible attitude; is willing to ensure customer satisfaction
You need to hold a full driving licence.
The Package:
£18,000 - £22,000 Basic Salary (Experience Dependant) + On target earnings.
Hours: Three different shifts on rota 7.30-5.00 - 8.00-5.30 - 8.30-6.00
One in three Saturday mornings paid overtime on rota basis.
