





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity to join our long-established client as a Service Advisor at their high performing dealership in the Outskirts of Basingstoke.
As a Service Advisor, you will play an integral part in the aftersales operations and in maintaining the expert levels of service delivered to all customers.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the dealership.
Schedule service appointments and maintain an organised booking system.
Provide cost estimates and explanations of services required.
Keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle's service or repair.
Upsell additional services or maintenance as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
The Package:
Up to £28,000 Basic Salary + £35,000 Uncapped Bonus (Profit Share)
Monday to Friday [8:30 – 17:30] + 1 Hour Lunch + 1 in 2 Saturdays [8:30 – 12:30]
