Service Advisor - Basingstoke

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established motor trade dealership group, who are actively searching for an experienced Service Advisor.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Motor trade service advisor experience needed and an attitude to replicate their customer service values.

Achieve monthly upsell targets for a range of parts to benefit from a great OTE package.

Passionate for providing customers a high level of service and maintain customer retention.

Managing and maintaining a customer database.

Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes.

The Package:

£26,000 Basic Salary + OTE circa £32,000.

Monday – Friday 8:00 – 18:00, Rota’d Saturday morning shift (8:00 – 12:00).

22 Days paid holiday with bank holidays.

Brand and progression training provided (over sea’s).

Car Benefit Scheme provided after successful probationary period. (Subject to approval)
