The Role:
We're excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our prestigious premium client's cutting-edge Service Centre in Ascot. We're seeking an ideal Service Advisor with significant experience in aftersales or front-of-house positions within the motor trade.
Ideally, we're looking for an individual unafraid to dive into the challenges, possessing a strong work ethic, and a resilient nature. In this demanding industry, especially with a prominent brand, thick skin is an asset. Despite the challenges, they have a cohesive team that makes the workday enjoyable.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing post-purchase inquiries, issues, and requests.
Provide accurate cost estimates for recommended services and repairs, detailing labour, parts, and any additional charges.
Efficiently coordinate vehicle service appointments, optimising the service department's resources for timely turnaround.
Identify and present opportunities to recommend additional services or accessories to customers, contributing to increased dealership revenue.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £27,000 to £31,000 [Depending on experience]!
Bonus £4,000 – Based on Labour Sales Vs Budget & Customer satisfaction!
Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] + 1 Hour Lunch.
Saturday [1-in-5] rota [8:30am – 1:00pm].
