





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced automotive Service Advisor to join a dealership based in Aldershot.
As the primary interface for customer service, you will collaborate with clients, technicians, and fellow team members to guarantee smooth service interactions.
The preferred candidate for the Service Advisor position should possess prior experience in a comparable role within the motor trade industry.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Coordinate appointments via phone, email, online inquiries, and interactive booking channels.
Oversee customer arrivals and departures, offering regular updates and suggesting supplementary services.
Generate invoices, process payments, and communicate detailed work and additional technician findings.
Rotate through administrative tasks, with a focus on front desk responsibilities such as booking and paperwork verification.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 [OTE £41,000] + Bonus scheme!!
[Guaranteed minimum £1000 bonus per month for 3 months]!!
23 Days holiday + bank holidays, discounts on new and used cars & training and progression opportunities!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [08:00am - 18:00pm] | Saturdays (1-in-3) - [08:30am – 12:30pm]
