The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced automotive Service Advisor to join a dealership based in Aldershot with a rich history spanning over 50 years, backed by a reputable group known for its commitment to excellence in the automotive industry.
You will be the front line of customer service, liaising with clients, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless service experiences.
The ideal Service Advisor would need to have previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade industry.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Handle bookings through telephone, email, online inquiries, and interactive booking methods.
Manage customer arrivals and departures, providing updates throughout the day and promoting additional services.
Obtain approval from lease companies using the system.
Generate invoices, accept payments, and explain detailed work and any additional findings by technicians.
Rotate through administrative responsibilities, focusing on front desk duties, including booking and paperwork checks.
The Package:
£28,000 Basic Salary (Raised to £30,000 once accredited) + performance bonus!
Monday to Friday [8:00am – 17:30pm] & every fourth week [07:30pm – 17:00pm]
Saturdays [1 in 4] [08:00am – 12:00pm]
