The Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of one of the largest motor trade businesses in the South East, based in Exeter, seeking to add an experienced Service Advisor/ Administrator, reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone to join our busy service department, representing an iconic brand under the umbrella of a rapidly expanding and hugely successful main dealer group.
As a member of the service team you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and care at all times for vehicle servicing and repair, you will be the principle point of contact for all customer communication within our centre.
Ideally we are looking for someone organised with excellent communication skill that is passionate about providing a fantastic experience to each and every customer.
Motor trade experience is essential in this role and the knowledge and understanding of Kerridge/ CDK Drive is vital.
To be successful in this role you will have:

A keen eye for detail.
The Package:
£22,000 basic salary with a £2,000 retention bonus = £24,000 basic salary with an OTE of £27,000, plus other fantastic company benefits.
Hours: Representing a 40 hour week, working Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:30pm
