Silcom Recruitment are representing a top client who seek an experienced Lead Service Administrator to help join their well-established team, based in Portsmouth, the role will entail some supervisory exposure and report into the Aftersales Manager.
Responsible for x2 additional members of staff within Service Admin.
Focus on invoice preparation and creating job cards.
Call customers and remind them of their booking 24 hours beforehand.
Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department.
Liaising with admin department to ensure the customer journey runs smoothly and efficiently.
Delegation of work between admin team.
Supervisor experience - Preferred but not essential.
Strong Customer Service & Administrative skills.
Pinnacle experience - Highly desired.
Motor trade experience - Highly desired but not essential; An experienced Administrator OR motor trade Service Advisor who wants to come away from a customer facing role would be ideal for this position.
Up to £25,200 (dependent on experience) Performance Bonus up to £6,000 per annum + great company benefits.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 18:00. Saturday morning rota (1 in 3 weekends)
