Senior Vehicle Technician & Workshop Controller - Outskirts of Portsmouth

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting for an exciting new client of hours, who seek an experienced Senior Technician & Workshop Controller, based on the outskirts of Portsmouth/ Waterlooville. Our client is in search of a skilled, qualified & experienced vehicle technician, who is proficient in diagnostics. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing business and aspires to take on a leadership role in the future.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Technician:

Routine servicing, MOT and maintenance of customer vehicles

Diagnosing faults and completing vehicle repairs

Performing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations on vehicles to detect and address technical issues.

Executing maintenance and repair tasks promptly and with precision.

Engaging in teamwork alongside service department and fellow team members.

Demonstrated track record as a senior or Diagnostic Technician in the motor trade industry.

Proficiency in diagnostics and adept problem-solving skills.

Diagnostic/Master Technician/Senior Technician experience – essential

Multi brand experience - desired but not essential

The Package:

Basic Salary of up to £50,000!!

Monday to Friday (8:30 to 17:30) | Every third Saturday (half day)
