Senior Showroom Host - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Showroom Host to join an established franchise car dealership group, with a site based on the outskirts of Southampton.

Our client has multiple successfully established sites across the South Coast. This is a great opportunity to join a brilliant business with excellent perks, offering full training and support towards building a long lasting career within the motor trade industry.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a well presented, highly personable individual with first class customer handling skills, to assist with the running of our busy showroom through the week, as well as overseeing x2 Receptionists & x2 part time Weekend Hosts.

Duties will include;

• Organising staff, making sure everyone is doing what they need to be doing
• Welcoming staff into the dealership
• Offering and making refreshments and introducing customers to other members of staff around the dealership.

The ideal candidate will be authoritative, highly organised, friendly, personable, approachable and possess the confidence and ability to host showroom customers and assist with customer enquiries. Excellent communication and organisational skills should be considered essential qualities required for this role. You will also need to have a polite and professional telephone manner as you may be required to answer any calls that come into the business and pass them on to the relevant departments.

If you have current and previous experience working in a Reception Supervisor, Lead Receptionist, Showroom Host or Senior Showroom Host position or similar, this would be of great interest to our client.

The Package:

Up to £20,000 starting salary. As well as fantastic company benefits.

8:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday no weekends, weekend overtime available on an ad hoc basis.
