Senior Service Advisor - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently supporting a leading client of ours, with the hire of an experienced Senior Service Advisor, tasked with leading a front of house team for a large busy commercial vehicle dealership, based in Southampton. This is a superb progression opportunity for an accomplished service advisor seeking that next step into a more senior role.

Responsibilities:

Focus on leading the front desk team. Lots of customer interaction.

Promote and maintain positive people relations across the business.

Offer support and strong management to the wider management team.

Assist in supporting the General Manager & Service Manager in the day to day running of aftersales operations, ensuring the key targets of the franchise are achieved.

The Package:

Starting salary of £28,000 - £30,000 (experience dependent).

Bonus provided.

45 hour working week including a Saturday rota.

25 days’ annual leave.
