





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Service Advisor or a Service Advisor to join a premium brand dealership group situated in Southampton.
Our client is looking to add either a Senior Service Advisor or a Service Advisor to their growing team.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor or a Service Advisor:
Act as a proficient liaison between customers and the workshop, overseeing a thorough vehicle check-in process, which involves reviewing customer and vehicle details.
Engage directly with customers to significantly influence their satisfaction, thereby contributing to the success of aftersales operations.
Supervise the repair process and coordinate any additional repair services.
Responsible for job packs and related documentation.
Prior experience as a Senior Service Advisor or a Service Advisor in the motor trade industry is essential!
Package:
Basic Salary:
£25,750 + Bonus – Service Advisor.
£30,000 + Bonus – Senior Service Advisor.
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] + Saturdays (1-in-4) [8:30am – 13:00pm]!
