Senior Service Advisor - Eastleigh

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced motor trade Service Advisor who might be interested in a step up in their career. Working for an established, prestige franchise car dealership, based around the outskirts of Southampton, the role will work as part of a team and report into the Service Manager.

Current motor trade customer facing experience preferred. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service

To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity

To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles

Order the relevant parts for the workshop and allocate accordingly

Package:

Basic Salary up to £32,000! (experience dependent) + Bonus (OTE Circa £36,000+)

Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday rota - one in six!! - 9:00am - 1:00pm
