Senior Service Advisor - Basingstoke

The Role:

We are delighted to be supporting one of our well-established, multi-franchised clients in Basingstoke with the rare hire of a Senior Service Advisor. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor:

Serve as the main point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments, maximising workshop efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Communicate with the workshop team to provide accurate information on service requirements, estimated completion times, and any additional work needed.

Offer professional advice to customers regarding service and maintenance options, promoting relevant products and services.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns with empathy, resolving issues to their satisfaction while maintaining the company's policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and payments.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Previous experience in the motor industry or automotive aftersales is highly desirable.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

The Package:

Up to £28,500 Basic Salary [Experience Dependent] + £38,500 Bonus!

Company Car included in the package.

Monday to Friday [8:00 – 18:00] + 1 Hour Lunch.

1 in 4 Saturdays [8:00 – 12:30]
