Senior Parts Advisor - Romsey

The Role:

We have the pleasure of working with a well-established business who are in search of an experienced senior parts professional who can take the in a role and work alongside the Service Manager in running a smooth aftersales department.

You will support your team to ensure profitability and efficiency of the department, achieving financial, volume and quality targets alongside your colleagues.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Parts Advisor:

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent listening and communication skills.

Highly organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to handle a pressurised environment.

Thorough knowledge and experience of car parts and technical understanding.

Package:

£28,000 Basic Salary + Bonus OTE £32,000.

Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:30pm

Saturday 1 in 2 weekends 8:00am – 12:30pm
