We have the pleasure of working with a well-established business who are in search of an experienced Senior Parts Advisor who can take the role and work alongside the Service Manager in running a smooth aftersales department.
You will support your team to ensure profitability and efficiency of the department, achieving financial, volume and quality targets alongside your colleagues.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Parts Advisor:
Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Highly organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to handle a pressurised environment.
Thorough knowledge and experience of car parts and technical understanding.
Salary £26,500 - £29,500 (Depending on experience)
Uncapped bonus + Company car + your birthday off!
Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:30pm (with 1 hour lunch)
Saturday (1in3) 8:30am – 12:30pm
