The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are working with one of our established clients in Southampton, a car dealership group, who are actively searching for an experienced Sales Executive (Motor trade specific not essential).

Our well established client, who currently operate with over 47 franchised dealerships, service centres and used car outlets in Southern England are looking for a Sales Executive to join their continually growing business.

Responsibilities & Requirements of the role of a Sales Executive:

Provide a customer centric service to all, to maximise customer retention.

Follow a structured sales process to enable you to achieve the New & Used car targets.

Ensure FCA guidelines are followed for the upsell of Finance Packages and additional products to benefit from the rewarding commission package.  

Maintain a customer database efficiently, book appointments and provide constant updates to customers ahead of their vehicle collections.

Must have a Positive attitude, passionate in providing high levels of customer service and being a team player.  

Motor Trade Sales Experienced (Desired not essential)

Customer facing sales experience (Essential)

Full UK Driver License (Clean)

The Package:

£25,000 Basic Salary + £45,000 OTE.

Monday to Friday 8:30 – 18:00 + Saturday (8:30 – 17:00) (Designated Weekly day off)

Sunday Rota’d Shift – 10:00 till 16:00 (1 in 3).

Company Vehicle Supplied  

22 Days paid holiday with a rota on Bank Holidays (Day in Lieu given if worked).
