Silcom Recruitment are actively working with a long-standing respected dealership group based in Poole, Dorset. Our client are seeking to employee multiple new Car Sales Executives to expand their professional team.
The ideal Sales Executive will have a confident attitude and approach to sales, prepared to challenge themselves and motivated to succeed in a busy and competitive main-dealership environment, alongside other highly experienced Sales Executive employees.

Role and Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
Achieving monthly sales targets for vehicles sold, achieving the minimum profit targets.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service background, with a proven track record of successful sales work (preferably motor trade)
You must have great confidence and experience in customer communication. Interacting with people in a professional manner befitting of a top-end brand and looking the part.
A determined and enthusiastic individual will succeed in this role and thrive in this prime working environment.
You will need to be 100% focused on providing all customers with an excellent purchase experience whilst achieving all sales objectives.
Salary: £20,000 Basic [OTE: £45,000+ per annum, UNCAPPED]

Hours: [Full-Time] Monday - Friday (8:30am – 6:00pm) including 1 day off
Saturdays (9:00am – 5:00pm) | 1-in-3 Sundays (10:00am – 4:00pm)
